Our chefs don’t serve up standard school dinners served buffet style, slowly wilting under heat lamps, they proudly serve up food created with care and attention from fresh produce, served family style to discerning but grateful customers. But it doesn’t stop there. With events through the year from sporting fixtures to black tie dinners to cater for, the role is constant, busy, varied and very rewarding.
