The former include: Solution-focused Hypnotherapy/psychotherapy, Hypnobirthing, Mindfulness/Meditation teaching (also in groups), Workplace/Leadership Mentoring, Reiki and Massage.

Time Outs are group sessions in a variety of contexts – workplace, school, evening courses, days and weekends away. They are a chance to step back and slow down and we combine sessions on thoughts, feelings and relaxation, with nutrition and healthy, fun movement. Laughter Yoga is also a unique feature. We promise you will leave any of our therapies or group sessions feeling more focused, informed, uplifted and relaxed, and with plenty of supporting techniques to practice in your busy daily life. Suitable for any age or context.
