Women often thrive in supportive groups – enjoying friendship, laughter, exploring the ‘why’ of food, mood, fitness, relationships and confidence. As women we often thrive better when there is the opportunity to talk and be listened to in a safe environment, and when we can sneak a little of that precious ‘time for me’.
Our weekly ‘Amazing Well-Being’ group sets out to create the setting in which women can thrive, developing themselves and their overall health, enjoying some time out, fun and beneficial practices, all facilitated by qualified therapists and trainers. At Gently be we believe in actually trying things, not just talking about them so we’ll show you and practice with you (not too seriously!) to get you started in bringing fresh new techniques, habits and experiences into your life.
The group is drop-in so you can come each week or whenever you like, you don’t have to let us know. You are welcome to give it a try.
