Weekly: Tuesday & Thursday Mornings & Thursday Evenings Lifestyle Pilates classes at Fotheringhay Village Hall. Small group sessions designed to improve posture, flexibility, movement, and balance plus eliminate back pain and appear leaner and more toned. Feel better, have more energy, relax and unwind. Classes are Tuesday’s 11am and Thursday’s 10.30am and 6pm.
