Easy to learn 18 movements to improve your health and wellbeing. An exercise routine that is both a joy to do and is deeply relaxing. All ages and abilities welcome. Seated version available for people with disabilities. Beginners and improvers are welcome at any of the classes.
Classes held weekly on Monday and Friday mornings at the Oundle Suite, Fletton House, Oundle from 9.30 am to 10.30 am and every Monday evening at the Methodist church, Drummingwell Lane, Oundle from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
